OBJECTIVE

Vivacare is a patient education toolkit. They're a SaaS company with a healthcare information app. that can be whitelabeled for doctors. They wanted to double the size of their doctor network.

SCOPE of WORK

Vivacare had a desktop app that doctors loved. However, as the mobile revolution grew, they knew they needed a mobile app to appease their network of doctors. Months before the release of their new app, Vivacare found TIMBUC, and we embarked on a mission to get their new Mobile App into as many doctor's hands as possible. 

TIMBUC created an informational ad campaign and leveraged the vast amount of existing user data we obtained from their network of doctors who were already using its desktop App. We knew targeting would be crucial in this scenario, so we devised a strategy to leverage features like "look-alike audiences" and the "App Install" to target those who were already customers. We then ran the campaign on Facebook and LinkedIn. 

The outcome was outstanding and Vivacare went from two or three Beta customers using their brand-new Mobile App, to over 3,000+ users today.  A Big Win!

TIMBUC was approached by Streets & Avenues to help them establish their brand, design a website, and develop a digital marketing plan to drive steady growth. After analyzing their current presence, we crafted a brand strategy that suited their needs and was in line with their goals.
