• Business data: if you use the assessment tools, financial and operational inputs you or your clients choose to enter.
• Usage information: device, browser, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected automatically.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, and process demo or partner requests.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out anytime).

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Our key processors include:

• Stripe — payment processing. Payments are made into the coach's own connected Stripe account; card details are handled by Stripe.
• LeadConnector / GoHighLevel — form and lead capture, and, where you connect your account, synchronizing your leads into your own CRM (see below).

Connected Accounting Data (QuickBooks / Intuit)

With your explicit authorization, the Service can connect to your accounting software (such as QuickBooks Online) on a read-only basis to display your business's financial performance. We access and store only aggregated monthly summary figures — for example total revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and net income. We do not import individual transactions, customer records, or other personal information.

This data is never sold, and is shared with your business coach only if you explicitly choose to share it — a setting you can turn off at any time. You may disconnect the integration whenever you like, which stops all further access; connection tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to your browser. Your use of QuickBooks remains governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy policy.

Connected CRM Data (GoHighLevel)

If you are a coach who uses GoHighLevel, you may explicitly authorize the Service to connect to your GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) account so that leads, assessments, and engagements you create in TIMBUC can be synced into your own CRM. With your authorization, and only within the specific permissions you grant when connecting, we may create and update contacts (including their associated custom fields, tags, and pipeline opportunities) and — where you choose to enable these features — read calendar availability and send messages on your behalf.

We access this data only to operate the features you turn on, and only within your own GoHighLevel account; we never sell it or use it for advertising. Connection tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to your browser, and you may disconnect the integration at any time, which immediately stops all further access. Your use of GoHighLevel remains governed by GoHighLevel's own terms and privacy policy.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
